He made it very easy and walked me through the steps while he searched for the vehicle I wanted. I filled out the online financing application and was notified within the hour of approval. I arrived at the dealership that same afternoon and Tom had the vehicle there ready and waiting for my test drive. The staff from the front desk receptionist, sales staff, manager, and crew in the back that serviced the vehicle were all attentive, thorough and expedient. He then proceeded to graciously answer our question and volunteered more information about the cars, impressing us with his knowledge. He offered to let us drive any and all vehicles we wanted.
