This is the first time that I have had a vehicle (Ford F350 Lariat) built from the factory based on my very specific equipment and options list. Tom Phillips made the experience straightforward and simple, and the rest of the personnel there, from the financing person to the manager, were all friendly and professional. Tom kept me informed throughout the process and the truck was delivered earlier than expected with the exact options I ordered.
