I live in NY and was concerned about buying a car from a dealership in Tennessee. I asked Lonnie to send me videos and verify that some of the functions of the car worked. Within minutes, he sent me a few dealership in Tennessee. I asked Lonnie to send me videos and verify that some of the functions of the car worked. Within minutes, he sent me a few videos and pictures to assure me the car was as advertised and that all was in perfect working order. He made sure to point out the minor blemishes and ensured me they would be fixed. I agreed to purchase the car contingent on a satisfactory test ride upon my arrival. He made the transaction as easy as could be and communicated with me every step of the way. He picked me up from the airport in his own vehicle, took me to the car at the dealership and we began the test drive. He wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with everything before I paid the balance after my deposit. He made me feel assured and at ease through the duration of the purchase. He was extremely friendly and genuine at all times. He is definitely not your ‘typical used car salesman’, he was just the opposite. He even called me to ensure I got home to NY safely. I can’t thank him enough for one of the smoothest car purchases ever! I offered him compensation as a thank you for everything and he refused it and thanked me. What an all around classy gentleman his is. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and easy to deal with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lonnie and this dealership to anyone that’s looking to purchase a vehicle. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything Lonnie! I appreciate all you did for me. I LOVE the car! More
