I ordered a 2022 Maverick on 9/9/2021 from Two Rivers Ford. Abe Khan was my salesperson. My daughter and son-in-law had previously purchased two vehicles from Abe, so I asked for him after moving to the Ford. Abe Khan was my salesperson. My daughter and son-in-law had previously purchased two vehicles from Abe, so I asked for him after moving to the Mt. Juliet area. Abe was very friendly and easy to work with. The Maverick is Ford's latest success story and is in very high demand. It took 8 and 1/2 months to be built and was delivered on 5/21/2022. I am very happy with my purchase and Two Rivers Ford. Because of the huge demand for the Maverick, I have heard horror stories of Mavericks being sold out from under the person who ordered them and/or large Admin fees being added to the price once the vehicle arrived at the dealership. Not at Two Rivers Ford! I am a Ford retiree and eligible for Ford's Employee/Retiree purchase plan. Two Rivers Ford honored my Z Plan purchase price, gave me the price protection offered by Ford after a price increase on the Maverick, and honored the 0% Financing available through Ford Motor Credit at the time of purchase almost 9 months later. That is what I call a Customer Driven Auto Dealership. Customers need to remember the dealerships like Two Rivers Ford who did not price gouge them when they could have and boycott the ones that did. I will certainly purchase another vehicle from Two Rivers Ford and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for a great sales experience during an unprecendented time for purchasing a new vehicle. More
