Twins Buick GMC

I bought a 2018 Ford F150 from Twins Buick GMC. I found out in May 2021, that the A/C didn't work. I made an appointment 4 days ahead of time to have this issue repaired at Twins. The customer service Luc out in May 2021, that the A/C didn't work. I made an appointment 4 days ahead of time to have this issue repaired at Twins. The customer service Lucas Spencer provided was poor to say the least. After waiting 6 hours at the dealership, I received no updates or status. I went to Mr. Spencer and he then checked on the vehicle and gave me my keys saying "no pressure found in compressor and they could not locate a Ford compressor in all of Columbus." Pretty shabby, and the priority for the customer was horrible. A round trip from Cincinnati for this experience was one of the worst I have experienced.. More
