Dishonest Went into the dealership and test drove a 2008 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. After going back and forth I signed a contract that said I would buy the Jeep Went into the dealership and test drove a 2008 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. After going back and forth I signed a contract that said I would buy the Jeep for the list price of 15874 out the door today and they would also take my trade in for 2500 leaving me with 13374 to pay. After sometime had passed and they took the Jeep through detail they came back and said they could not honor that price. I told them it was a signed contract and they needed to honor it. He then asked me if I was going to buy the Jeep or keep wasting his time. I would hope that Tygran Safaryan would not allow this to be acceptable behavior. Definitely felt like the bait and switch. More

Ignored I bought a vehicle a couple of months ago and my experience was not great. Now, If you like to be ignored and receive poor customer service than this I bought a vehicle a couple of months ago and my experience was not great. Now, If you like to be ignored and receive poor customer service than this is a perfect dealership. Everything I said or asked for was in one ear and out the other, not just my salesman but in management too. When I took a vehicle for a test drive they asked ME to put in gas in it? Really? That's how you do business. I had to make several trips to finalize my deal and each time I waited 30-45 minutes sometimes even an hour to even get service. Overall it was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership. More

Great Experience!!! I saw that this dealership was under new ownership so I thought I would give it a try. Purchased a 2016 Buick Verano for my wife and at the same time I saw that this dealership was under new ownership so I thought I would give it a try. Purchased a 2016 Buick Verano for my wife and at the same time had my Cadillac serviced for an issue that other dealerships could not figure out. The salesperson was great, not high pressure, answered all my questions and put my wife in a great vehicle at a great price. The service department was great too. Had an issue with my suspension. Car was not driving right and made an odd noise that no one seemed to figure out. They were able to correct the problem and my Caddy drive great. They have a customer in me for life. Thanks Twins!!!!
