They practice the old bait and switch. Advertising a great car, it's in shop getting a recall or detailed, someone bought it sight unseen, come see the way more expensive pieces of crap we do have. great car, it's in shop getting a recall or detailed, someone bought it sight unseen, come see the way more expensive pieces of crap we do have. I saw a used Honda Odyssey at an incredible price. I immediately reached out to Twins about said vehicle. Informed them that I live 3 hours away, and wanted to insure this vehicle was still there before making the trip. At this time I was told it was being worked on and they were not sure when it would be done. The day for the work to be finished constantly changed. After a week of back and forth, I even spoke with the sales manager about the car being done and made it very clear I was ready to buy the car. I call a day later after selling my car to get the ball rolling on financing to make this process smoother, again I'm 3 hours away. They took all of my info only to text me back to tell me that Unfortunately someone had come in and bought the car over the weekend. Obviously at this point I'm very frustrated. They attempt to offer me a similar vehicle with a higher price tag and missing one feature I had found in the Honda. I asked if they could come down to the price of the car I had planned to buy. As I was very frustrated by this entire experience. They wouldn't come down or work with me at all. So now I'm having to start the search over again without a car. Very unprofessional. Felt they wasted my time, gave me the run around and clearly didn't care about making the situation right. More
I was excited to find a truck I have always wanted my entire life at a great internet price on the website. I went in took it for a test drive and ended up purchasing the 2017 GMC Sierra the next day. I entire life at a great internet price on the website. I went in took it for a test drive and ended up purchasing the 2017 GMC Sierra the next day. I asked the salesperson if there was a maintenance check on it when it was brought in for the finished lease. He assured it had a great inspection. Not even a week later of the 45k mile used truck, the check engine light came on. I took it into the dealership and after waiting 2.5 hours they said it was random misfires that were popping up and I should drive the truck until the tank was empty and put a premium grade of gas in. I did that and put a gas cleaner in as well. 2 days later it comes on again. I take it in the next day to the dealership. It has been almost a month now, making a payment on the truck, the dealership not giving me a rental vehicle because “GMC only issues out so many” and yet to have this truck back in my possession. I have been told it was the fuel injector that was bad and the parts come out of Michigan which GMC has the parts on back order. I do believe this fully but this problem/issue should have been 100% been taken care of before the vehicle was even listed for sale in the first place. I was told that 8 days prior to me hearing the issue about what’s wrong with the truck was that now the problem is covered under the emissions warranty. Sounds like they wanted to sell a truck that was not actually certified, they did not want to put the money in the truck so tried to put it onto the customer. This is completely uncalled for and wrong. I got lucky by the timing that this was covered underneath the warranty because this cost would’ve been in myself. Never will I purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I take it to be serviced by them because this is the shadiest dealership I have ever purchased a used vehicle with low miles on before with. Worst Customer Service Ever We bought a car in April and received a "We owe you" list. When this was not fulfilled I started to call. It is now 3 weeks later and No call returns. So I call this dealership to Inquire about a vehicle today. I specifically ask if it's available and tell them I don't need to waste a trip from Pickerington to see it. I drive up here, and low and beh today. I specifically ask if it's available and tell them I don't need to waste a trip from Pickerington to see it. Received a phone call from the salesman only after seeing my first review! Stated "we might have been able to cover the starter" I wrote my review bc I had a $600 repair week which included brake pads, bat my first review! Stated "we might have been able to cover the starter" I wrote my review bc I had a $600 repair week which included brake pads, battery and tow, parts and labor for the starter., in less than 60 days of purchase! My first complaint was the hood doesnt even stay up! No response to that either! From the start no return emails, or phone messages that were left! Communication is key. Was told "I purchased" an extended warranty as well? Really! They knew exactly what they were selling me. Their laughing at my expense. More
Sales man couldn’t answer questions or would not. Car was sold with one key. “We only got one key with it” they are a gm dealer and would not provide a extr man couldn’t answer questions or would not.
