Brought car in to have amplifier install when I dropped it off I asked Shawn to have them look at my door lock because I was having a lot of trouble locking it having to hit lock 6-7 times to get it to loc it off I asked Shawn to have them look at my door lock because I was having a lot of trouble locking it having to hit lock 6-7 times to get it to lock. This is the nicest Buick dealership I have ever seen and the service department is incredible. I went to drop of my car for a morning appointment and they took it back immediately and took care of me in the service department is incredible. Very attentive and patient. Salesman (Will) was energetic and eager to help us. The only issue we had was when we asked the Finance Manager to show us how they came up with the Salesman (Will) was energetic and eager to help us. The only issue we had was when we asked the Finance Manager to show us how they came up with the final price he just said "that's how much the car costs". We did find the window sticker in the back seat and turns out the price difference was due to the Destination Charge. More
