My son purchased a car on March 9,2024. Today July 9, 2024 he still has not received a Memorandum title. When his first temporary tag expired he sent back to the dealership for assistance h Today July 9, 2024 he still has not received a Memorandum title. When his first temporary tag expired he sent back to the dealership for assistance he was blown off. He went to the BMV for assistance and after multiple trips to the BMV he was issued another temporary tag. This one expired, he was then pulled over and the car was impounded. It seems that until I got involved they were not willing to help him. It was not able to get the car out of impound because he did not have a current registration or memo title. The dealership had to send documents over the company. We've contacted the bank top request the deal be unwound and have not heard from the dealership. It's illegal to sell a vehicle without a title. The dealership is supposed to provide a title/ memo in a timely manner. I would not suggest purchase a pre owned vehicle from this company. More

I didn’t buy my Car from Twin but I WILL take it there for any service needed! I was upset because my radio/screen wouldn’t show the station or who was singing the song. I called another dealer and they for any service needed! I was upset because my radio/screen wouldn’t show the station or who was singing the song. I called another dealer and they said I would have to leave the car for the whole day! I called Twin, spoke to service mgr. Mark. He said bring it in-should take about an hour. I did and they re-programmed it and I was out in 1 hr and 15 min. The service department was so friendly and the wait area was clean and had coffee/tea. And they didn’t even charge me for it! I’m 82 and was so happy I didn’t have to make arrangements to leave my car for the entire day!! Best service department ever! Dale. More
