Able to be at repair shop by 7:00 a. m. service center Speedily diagnosed the real issue with my Ford Explorer and effectively worked with the Warranty Company for new transmission to be m. service center Speedily diagnosed the real issue with my Ford Explorer and effectively worked with the Warranty Company for new transmission to be covered under this warranty. Twins GMC Service director Nick, was able to coordinate all aspects of my service visit, warranty issues and provided transportation for me to get home. He found a new transmission nearby and scheduled installation that was completed in only 2 (two) days.
