I have been working with cars for 60 years. I have experienced some very good service centers and lots of not so good one's. Twins is the category of not so good. The person at the service desk was great, however; the work that was supposed to be performed on my vehicle was only partially done. I was supposed to get the 7500-mile checkup, which included tire rotation and setting proper tire pressures. The tires were not rotated, and the tire pressure was not checked. It stated on the receipt that it has been done, but I knew it hadn't because I had marked on the tires each tire location on the car. All tires were still in the same location. When I checked the tire pressure, all tires were still off. It makes me wonder how many times my cars have been serviced, and I paid for work that was not even performed. Needless to say, I will be moving on to another service center and see what the outcome is there. More

My experience with purchasing a used car turned from excitement to frustration within a few days. Things I asked for during purchase was not in my contract. Even after asking about the tire guarantee a excitement to frustration within a few days. Things I asked for during purchase was not in my contract. Even after asking about the tire guarantee a few times. A few things were not working properly that were noticed after getting the car home. Had to take the car back to get the USB/C port fixed and the passenger seat cooling and heating switch had a shortage. The service department had my car for a few days did not contact me to provide any updates, I had to contact them. I had spoken to 3 people in the department and I don’t think any of them were reading notes or communicating with each other. I received a call from Mark the manager (thank you) stating that car would be ready in a few hours and then a minute later another employee called and said it was fixed. I questioned the employee and stated that I had just received a call saying it would be ready in a few hours. The employee ensured that the car was ready. I went to pick up the car and got there 5 minutes before closing )the service department was closed) and the seats heating and cooling switch was not fixed, the floor mats were dirty because no one cared to cover their shoes while fixing my car. Spoke to Shawn about the issue he took the time to read what was going on and schedule me an appointment to come back and get it fixed. I was told they would need the car for a day to do so. When asked if I could get a loaner I was told I’d have to pay to rent one. Very disheartening to hear as a “new” customer who has not had the best experience and who’s been given the run around. I wasn’t able to get the car to Shawn on the scheduled day, but when I did take it back the employee who called me to state that the car was ready said “ we thought it was working because when we went to fix it the light came on, so we didn’t order the switch.” I had to wait a few more days. Once it was fixed the leather from the arm rest was not placed back in the grooves properly. It’s not worth the hassle to come back to have that corrected I would also like to mention that the car did not have its SD card. When I called about this I was told by the salesman I purchased the car with that after speaking to the manager in service they wouldn’t be able to replace it due to it costing $530 or $550 and they would be losing money on the car.” I went in the next morning after processing that info and a manager in sales resolved this matter quickly. I hope that after reading this feedback some changes are made. I would like to bring my car there for service in the future because its convenient, but is hesitant due to the lack of quality service I received. More
