Seth took us for a test drive, then left me drive the vehicle. The test drive confirmed our choice in vehicles. Seth had patience, as I wanted to see another vehicle on the lot to confirm my final decision. Once decided, the office personnel helped us find the best bank rate to secure a loan. We came to Twin Pine to reluctantly replace our vehicle totaled in a hail storm; and were very limited to an exact budget, a need for a "family" vehic We came to Twin Pine to reluctantly replace our vehicle totaled in a hail storm; and were very limited to an exact budget, a need for a "family" vehicle, and a short time frame to purchase. Our salesman Seth was very personable, accomodating to our last minute schedule and wavering needs. More importantly, he knew his product, to the extent that when we made our choice, and wanted to have it checked at our mechanic first, his response was, "by all means, please do, we encourage you to". It showed that he (and Twin Pine) backed up their product enough to not only put a 100% 30day/1000mi warranty on the vehicle, but were also fine with me driving it over 20 miles out to put it under inspection of an non-partial, outside mechanic. Furthermore, Jason and rest of team were understanding when I hit traffic and couldn't get the vehicle back from mechanic until a little after closing (on a Friday). On the day of delivery, the business office staff members also made for a pleasurable closing experience. All in all, great experience, and for the prices they offer and the service they give, Twin Pine is highly recommended. More
