They have a huge selection and every vehicle I have ever looked at there has been in immaculate condition. The salesmen are the epitome of professionalism, as well as being quite personable. The finance people answer every question you may have, and walk you through the process in a seamless fashion. We now own a 2013 Civic, 2014 Escape and 2016 Town and Country. We have been completely satisfied with each one of them and all were prepped to the highest level. The buying process is as smooth as can be. You, as a customer, are made to feel welcomed and valued. I live about 1.5 hours away from their location and was a little hesitant to make the trip. And while the price for the vehicle screamed "too good to be true," and I was wondering why, I figured I'd make the trek out there, particularly since I'd seen so many other good reviews. And from my very first contact with them and all through the buying process I now know why. Their no nonsense, no pressure, no haggle approach is so very refreshing, and without fail, everyone there I met was so friendly and welcoming. Over two days I was in close communication with them by phone, email, and text message, and they were always very helpful and up-front. I really can't say enough positive things about how it was to work with them. And in the "little things matter" category, when I went to buy the car I took my 10 year old daughter with me. Not only were they kind enough to photocopy some cookie recipes she found in a magazine there, but one of the sales people sat and chatted with her while I was doing all the purchase paperwork. And when we got home with the new car and I was helping her get to bed that night, she said to me: "I kind of want to go back there just so I can talk to them again - they were so nice." That statement kind of says it all right there. Such a refreshing and positive experience all around, and so nice to be able to support a business that is run so well with such great people on their team. I can say with confidence that when I'm ready to buy again (assuming I buy used again), they will be the first place I look, and I wouldn't hesitate one second to make the drive again. More

I looked on line and then decided to visit the lot. I went on a Friday. Wyatt Zong waited on me. I explained the situation and my comfort level with mid sized cars. I told him what I had and how safe I felt in it. There were several cars in inventory. Since I was injured from the car accident, he drove me around the lot in a golf cart, slow and gently. He was very kind and did not pressure me. I returned the next day and Wyatt sold me the car I was leaning towards the day before. I am quite happy with the entire process and very happy with the compassion that was shown to me after my accident. More
