Twin Pines has the selection of what I wanted at the best quality and prices in a 100 mile area PA Maryland Virginia New Jersey New York from where I live. Derek was fast at returning my inquiry and we set up a meeting on his first call. Derek was very helpful from the time I stepped in the door. I test drove 2 cars, a Honda and a Toyota, that were on my list. Once I decided, completion of the deal went very smoothly. I thought I would have to go to my bank to get my loan but Twin Pine handled the transaction with my bank for me. I saved $1,500 to $2,000 over the other area dealers for the same car. Great Experience So, my previous car, a 2007 Cadillac DTS, was totaled in an accident on May 17th. I went online searching for an XTS. While I may have viewed 50-60 ca So, my previous car, a 2007 Cadillac DTS, was totaled in an accident on May 17th. I went online searching for an XTS. While I may have viewed 50-60 cars online, my wife and I actually went to 5 different dealers and look at 30 of them. Only Twin Pine had the car that met all my wants and needs; the only problem was that the car was 135 miles from my home. I emailed them and then called and spoke with Brock. He assured me that the car was as described and that a no hassle bumper to bumper warranty was available, in fact he had Angie call me back with all the specifics on the warranty and the cost options. My wife and I made the trip, the car was parked in the "Sold" section of the facility but that was just for safekeeping. Brock came out, we spoke about the car for a few minutes and then he handed us the keys and said " take it for a ride". A couple of miles later, we returned to the dealership, said "we'll take it". Quick and easy paperwork and we were on our way home with our new wheels. Definitely would recommend Twin Pine Auto Group and especially Brock.
