Beware! They don’t care anymore! I’ve actually never wrote a review prior to this so that tells you something about my experience with Twin Pines. Beware! Now that it is bigger and I believe new owners, they don’t care about customers. They boast about selling 250 cars a month and want to reach 450. Why would they care? We bought a 2014 VW Manuel with 30k miles on it. We drove it home and around for about 80 miles in two days. The clutch burned out and left us sit. We got it towed back to them because they stated they would take a look at it in a very rude unprofessional way. They came back with, “you burnt the clutch”. They want $1800 to fix it while others are asking $1600. Not to mention the fact that you have the right to return a car within three days. We called within two days and they put us off until “the owner” could look at it 3 days later.. Very convenient for them. I’ve driven s stick for many years and would not have been riding the clutch. I spoke to many dealers and repair shops and it would of been very hard for me to burn a clutch out within 80 miles. Make sure you read what you sign. Anything “as is” means as is. Stupid us. We thought just common business practices they would repair the car after we bought 3 cars from them in previous years prior to being Ford and only two days old. If you decide to buy from them because of their low mileage cars don’t assume since it’s low mileage it’s a good car. Buy the $1500 warranty. More

Simple as can Be Seth was easy to work with. Environment was laid back and no pushy sales tactics, no bullying that you get or have gotten at other dealerships. I kn Seth was easy to work with. I knew what I wanted and they didn't try to sell me something that they wanted to get rid of. No Hassle made it simple. Liked the price, I came in pre-approved through Capital One with the goal of getting said car. Simple. I did purchase the ADD ON protection for mechanical issues through the dealership, which will keep my vehicle protected the entire duration of the loan. It was added to cost of the loan and raised my payment by 12 bucks. Peace of mind for 12 bucks a month on a used car. I'm sure the pricing varies by vehicle. Seth offered drinks and snacks, which you don't have to pay for. No vending machines to deal with. Water, Coffee, bottles of soda are FREE. I was even able to cough up a couple of bucks to have the vehicle delivered. OUTSTANDING. The waiting lounge is very modern and comfy. I was able to watch GUNSMOKE on the TV while I was waiting for the paperwork to get done. I've purchased many vehicles, new and used over the years: this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Thanks Seth. More

Lost a Long time customer Twin Pine has changed since they are now part of the Ford dealership. I have purchased 5 cars in the past. Today was a extremely poor customer expe Twin Pine has changed since they are now part of the Ford dealership. I have purchased 5 cars in the past. Today was a extremely poor customer experience. High pressure tactics, sales manager or creepy back office guy telling my wife is unsafe to drive. It is a BMW X5 and had a mass air flow sensor that needs replaced. He said it was an Engine Misfire and was unsafe to drive and should not be on the road. Nice work slick, you have lost our business forever. We previously bought 5 vehicles and spent over $100,000 with Twin Pine. Not another penny. More importantly Social Media will know about this experience. Bring back ethical salespeople and less high pressure tactics. The former Twin Pine managers were always great to work with. More
