Lost a Long time customer Twin Pine has changed since they are now part of the Ford dealership. I have purchased 5 cars in the past. High pressure tactics, sales manager or creepy back office guy telling my wife is unsafe to drive. It is a BMW X5 and had a mass air flow sensor that needs replaced. He said it was an Engine Misfire and was unsafe to drive and should not be on the road. Nice work slick, you have lost our business forever. We previously bought 5 vehicles and spent over $100,000 with Twin Pine. Not another penny. More importantly Social Media will know about this experience. Bring back ethical salespeople and less high pressure tactics. The former Twin Pine managers were always great to work with. More
