Worth coming from NJ to buy a vehicle here! I live in NJ but was looking for cars in PA to avoid the higher fees that are charged in NJ. It was extremely worth the trip! The facility is large and gorgeous, the car lot is spacious, and all the cars are kept in great condition. The staff pulled around the vehicles I was interested in super quickly for a test drive and I was able to buy a car and drive it home that night. They even stayed past closing time to make sure the deal was done correctly. Shout out to Derek and Steve for their great work, and the Twin Pine team for a perfect experience. If you live in NJ you should definitely consider making the trip to Twin Pine for your used or new car search! More

Honda CR-V I had checked out online and found exactly what I was looking for. I called the next day and spoke to Seth and he explained that the SUV I saw adverti I had checked out online and found exactly what I was looking for. I called the next day and spoke to Seth and he explained that the SUV I saw advertised was NOT the vehicle they had. He DID say, the keys are there, etc, etc but could NOT find the car???? Anyways, he told me they had another one with a few more bells on for $400 more. I made a 1p.m. appointment with him and spoke to him and he knew everything there was to know about the vehicle. I was impressed. He let me take it for a spin. I LOVED it and knew I was going to buy. I traded my Nissan in, got less than I thought, but I did not have to bother with it.. I thank you so much Seth, there was NO pressure, just the facts. On the other hand I did find Wyatt a bit pushy, when he thought I had to buy all the extra warranties, etc. I knew what I wanted and what I did NOT want and he said things like, well, if something happens to it, because of all the technology, you would be paying a lot out of pocket.. NO means NOOOOOOOO..I told him I was NOT interested in tacking thousands of dollars more onto a car I was buying. To me, telling me something like that, makes me think. IF you think your inventory is not going to hold up.. why am I buying the Honda CR-V?? So, I recommend Seth, sweet, pleasant, honest no BS. Thank you kindly.. That said, Twin Pine has a core value stating that “no one will be punished for making a decision that uses good common sense when taking care of a customer”. Seemingly, they meet this core value of not punishing employees simply by not making those common sense decisions to take care of customer. After spending two and half hours at the dealership it was my turn to meet with the finance manager for paperwork. Part way through I noticed that the mileage had increased a couple thousand from advertised and that the correction was made on their paperwork though never brought to my attention. This was not previously discussed, I found it, and no one seemed to care about the false advertising. No apology, no explanation. Perhaps this wasn’t intentional though no desire to make it right for the customer and therefore I walked. A few days later I call to discuss this with the sales manager. Similarly, little understanding or care that the customer immediate thinks “what else aren’t they disclosing, what else are they attempting to hide?” Again, perhaps unintentional though when given another opportunity to fulfill the core value to “use good old common sense when taking care of a customer”, no desire to make it right. In fact the comment was made that I test drove the vehicle and therefore my responsibility to check the mileage! Twin Pine moves a lot of cars, though they lost a customer and eventually these systemic failures (hopefully not intentionally misleading the buyer) will be of impact. More

With Angie, we sailed through the paperwork and she clearly explained additional options from which we could select. We experienced no pressure and had an enjoyable time. Impressive Dealership I contacted Miguel when I made my decision to buy a 2016 Chevy Trax after a year of comparison shopping online. It was decently priced below blue book value with low mileage and super clean. I tried to save myself some time by getting pre-approved, but I was not happy with the APR. The financing department was able to get a better rate for me while keeping the process as quick and painless as possible. I was very impressed with the dealership itself in providing customers extras while they waited ( my 4 year old daughter loved the shelves of snacks and candy). The staff is very professional and Miguel was very honest (no shady business). I am thrilled with my purchase and would give Miguel/Twin Pine Ford 10 stars if I could. Appointment times don't mafter to them Had an appointment for 8 am. Waited for 2 and a half hrs and still hadn't taken my car in. They took 2 others in that came more than an hour after me. Also took my wifes Jeep in for inspection and to have the ball joints replaced. I was told by another shop they needed replacing but didn't do warranty work. Twin pines said they were fine and passed them. I have since taken and had them replaced and was told there was no way they should have passed. More
