John was completely unorganized with no communication skills and Hans was totally untruthful about how long to expect the vehicle to be done. The communication is so poor and even speaking to the manager shows they are a poorly managed staff. There is no urgency in fulfilling their promises or scheduled times. Speaking with family and friends, we found this to be a trend with this location. It’s worth going a little further for much better service. More
