Adam accused my adult brother of spilling his water. Which was funny, because my brother's water was sitting on Adam's desk. Not to mention we had been at the car for maybe 30 seconds. This is aside from the fact I was taken back that his first response was to blame us. During the test drive, I noticed that the car had an unsafe braking distance. I asked Adam to check in with the garage. He didn't, and said he could later and get back to me. I had driven from Phialdelphia to Ephrata first thing in the morning, and wanted to return after work to purchase the car. I didn't get a text, or a call. It is my belief that despite having financing in place, Adam did not take me or my business seriously. He essentially treated us like children, and made absolutely zero effort to address my issues or show in anyway that the company wanted me to be there. More
