Honestly a great experience. All of the employees were very helpful and pleasant. The salesman (Ryan) was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Twin pine had the F-150 Raptor I was looking for on their lot. Sales Experience at Twin Pine Ford My wife and I purchased a new Shelby GT350 from Twin Pine. Most of the correspondence was done online since they were only allowed online sales due to state issues COVID 19 order. For the pickup we had to make an appointment to visit to ensure they could properly adhere to social distancing requirements at the dealership. The visit to pick up the car and sign the paperwork was a breeze. Everyone was courteous and super friendly to deal with especially Angie Droptiny the finance manager whom we spent the most time with. We were in and out quickly and recommend them for anyone looking for a good customer service oriented car buying experience. More
I would not recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends. They sold us a vehicle and within 5 days the check engine light came on. I have a family and I didn't want to keep the car esp. for how or friends. They sold us a vehicle and within 5 days the check engine light came on. I have a family and I didn't want to keep the car esp. for how much we paid for it. When we went to purchase another car we ended up spending 2,000 more for a car that was $600 less plus a $500 previous trade-in. The salesperson made it seem I would only be losing less than $1,000 and when it was all said and done we lost about $3,500. The manager never came out and explained how he came to the numbers, just had his sales person explain. Very disappointed. We work too hard for our money to be taken advantage of. More
