Second encounter rating 6/5- Ryan was a straight forward, no pressure, extremely professional, and personable Salesman the entire experience. Even on a busy evening he was juggling 3-4 different sets of customers and all were happy to wait. If you get Ryan you will not be disappointed. The lady who helped us sign papers was also very friendly, and helpful. First encounter rating 2/5- Car listed on site, no photos- Salesman explained cars are not available until photo posted. Fair enough. Seemed inconvenient for him every time we contacted him, and when we came in for a test drive. Further attempted to pressure into buying when the first car finally became available. When we asked him to keep us posted on 2 other models he assured us that he would let us know as soon as they hit the lot. Still waiting to hear from him and we bought one of them from through a different competent salesman. More
