Received call at 345pm from sales manager said the car was already bought by someone that was coming from 3 hrs away and they could no longer sell it to me but tried to show me other cars in the lot. The whole thing was the epitome of a shady car dealer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and work with an honest dealership. More

Stay away from this dealership, they lied to us about financing and did the loan backwards now we are unable to finically recover. When we called to address it they said there is nothing they can do to f financing and did the loan backwards now we are unable to finically recover. When we called to address it they said there is nothing they can do to fix it. They want to argue over what the bank states and at they are not being truthful. Bottom line they will say what they need to in order to make a sale no matter how it affects the customer. We had to even hound them for sales paperwork to be sent to us and ended up driving back out to have it printed out to have a copy of the contract. More

Did the majority of searching for the car online. Once I spoke with Dan Webster from twin pines Ford it all started to happen. I drove two hours to pick up my Bronco and when I arrived the car and paper work were already to go. The finance manager was very efficient and friendly. The sales manager came out to introduce himself and offered to answer any questions. The whole atmosphere of the dealership was warm and happy. I got to ring the new sales bell and Dan took a picture of me with my new Bronco. No hard pitches. I have bought over 20 cars in my life and this was my best experience ever More
