Not happy. I did no feel like I was a person at the end. I told them what I could only afford and I was encouraged to go for something almost double that. I could not see clear pricing/offers for more than 4 hours. Then it was you must sign on this great deal now. The offers on the website I reviewed before coming in were not even offered. Rebate and 84 months 0% interest was on the website and they worked another deal even though I am above 740. Also the car was not as loaded as other manufactures for the same price. All this and I had to fight to leave for a moment to speak with my wife(to think it over). They were so desperate to make the sale but not to be honest or at least look up what the customer kept repeating about the website. All and all if you want to make a sale you must treat people like a person and not as a cash cow. Also 4 hours to see pricing and offers means you are either being shady or you need new lenders. I cannot decide on this one. The salesman was nice but the Finance system appeared quite shady in my overall opinion. More
Had to stop into this dealership on our way out from Oregon to Nashville on the 2nd day of our trip pulling our 5th wheel trailer during the first week August 2020. We had some issues with our 2003 Chevy Silverado 3500 6.6 duramax diesel blowing excessive smoke and lost power. We pulled off the freeway and found an RV park in nearby Wendell on a Saturday. Called the dealership and talked to Alex Birch, one of the service advisors. He said they could look at it Monday morning. I was able to disconnect by trailer and drive the truck to the dealer on Monday around 8:00am and Alex was able to get me in right away. So, I went and had some breakfast down the street. About 45 minutes to an hour later, Alex called to tell me the bad news, and that was, I had some of my injectors that were bad, which is one of the few pitfalls of this truck from 2001-2004. Even though my truck has just 80,000 miles, it was unfortunately out of service coverage. Alex let me talk to Matt Bridges, the shop foreman who gave me a detailed explanation of the problem after he did an injector balance test. Luckily, they had the parts in stock and Matt was able to start work on my truck right away. He had my truck done by 4:30pm, so we were able to get back on the road on Tuesday morning and I could certainly tell the difference in my trucks performance right away. They were able to drive me back to the RV park and pick me back up later that afternoon with their shuttle service while they worked on the vehicle. Thankfully, we were only down for 2.5 days and that was because it all started on a Saturday and we had to wait a day and half for the service shop to reopen. Thanks Alex and Matt for great service and getting us back on the road so quickly. We are now back home and have logged 4,200 miles since the service and my truck is running great. More

Long wait for vehicle Saw a used Mazda 3 on web site and called on it. Talked to the manager for used cars. I wanted a out the door price (OTD to include TTL). Manager gave us his cell and told to call if we had any other questions. Talked to him 3 times about things and verified the price each and every time. We were paying for the car outright (cash) and didn't want any surprises. We made an appointment and went down that day to buy the car. We told them I had to be to work and only had 3 hours to do this (Should be more than enough time). Arrived on time was greeted and able to take on test drive right away. When the paperwork started, time came to a stop. The salesman wanted to negotiate the price of the car. We said no, the price $13K OTD. The salesman finally could get the price to what was agreed upon by the manager the days before. We argued about dealer fee. Remember all the phone calls and verifying OTD price. Even told him we are paying cash and will bring only this amount. We then sat at the salesman desk for 2 hours while he went to get the car detailed (meaning washed, dirt streaks in trunk area never cleaned) and gassed. The dealership had maybe 3 couples looking around at cars (not very busy). After this long and useless wait we finally was able to see the finance person. No one was in finance office because I had clear view of the office while sitting there. This person raised his voice and was very rude to my wife (very unprofessional). We finally paid for it and was able to go. Over 3 hours to do this. Asked to have my son on title paperwork- was told DMV does that, LIE. DMV said would have to been done at dealership, they can not change paperwork. 3 day temp tag- Bought on Thursday - good till Friday. (Tag states good for 3 day not to include weekends. Could not even count 3 days). I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
