We had a great experience with Chevy of Twin Falls. Samantha Lewis met us upon our arrival. We had a truck picked out online that we wanted to see. She made sure we saw that one but also showed us a couple more that were in our price range and had all the features we were looking for. Samantha stayed with us throughout our whole experience and even suffered through 5 test drives. It took a while but we finally found the truck we were looking for. Samantha was very professional, informative and patient without being pushy like so many sales people can be. Thank you Samantha for helping us find the truck of our dreams. More
WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE!!! We drove to Twin Falls from Rexburg because they had an Escalade we loved. The salesman was new so we understood he had to keep getting help BUT when we went to sign my hus from Rexburg because they had an Escalade we loved. The salesman was new so we understood he had to keep getting help BUT when we went to sign my husband specifically asked about maintenance records for the vehicle. The finance guy went on and on about how all diagnostic tests are completed and all used vehicles go through the shop and are all cleared or they won’t sell them. He said this specific vehicle flew through all testing and was in great shape. He said that if there were any issues immediately then his mechanic would help us. A week later the Oil Pressure sensor was going off. We took it to Auto Zone to plug the Dyno up to it for a read out and all the power wires to the plug under the dash were cut. So therefore how did it fly through the shop with no problems and passed all diagnostic testing? Then the power steering pump and line were broken and we didn’t notice this until 2 weeks later when we lost all power steering. The line was in terrible shape and had obviously been broken awhile. Then the Stable Trak warning light came on and we lost all power and barely pulled it into our driveway where it died. We now have a $10,000 lawn ornament. We started calling the dealership week 1 of owning it. We were told by one person we had the wrong dealership because they've never had an Escalade in all the years he’d worked there. Then we called another time and we’re told they would have the lead mechanic call us back with all the testing done on the vehicle. This went on and on with tons of messages left and NEVER once did we get a callback. I was fed up and called after 4 weeks and insisted on talking to a manager. The manager on duty said he would call the General Manager and call us right back. We waited 2 hours then I finally called him back and he said that the GM said there was nothing he was willing to do because it was passed the 30 days. I tried to explain we had been calling for weeks and no one would help us but they didn’t care. He then said he would again have the mechanic call us to see if he had any suggestions. Well, months later I am still waiting for that call. I now pay for a vehicle that is not able to be driven. If I give it back to the bank we get bad credit so we are stuck. I understand you take a chance on buying used but this dealership said they stood behind their used vehicles and all are checked and pass all testing before being sold. THEN telling us to please call in if there were an major issues and they would see what they could do to help. How convenient of them to not speak to us until a 30 day window closed and just said too bad!!!! We are a family of 9. We work hard and live on a budget. Now we pay $369 for nothing. Not to mention we have to have insurance on it too. I will NEVER go here again and I tell anyone who is buying a car to not go here. We got ripped off!! More

They took over a month to pay off a loan from a trade in causing multiple issues with transaction. They took advantage of the situation. causing multiple issues with transaction. They took advantage of the situation. More
Not happy. I did no feel like I was a person at the end. I told them what I could only afford and I was encouraged to go for something almost double that. I could not see clear pricing/offers for more than I told them what I could only afford and I was encouraged to go for something almost double that. I could not see clear pricing/offers for more than 4 hours. Then it was you must sign on this great deal now. The offers on the website I reviewed before coming in were not even offered. Rebate and 84 months 0% interest was on the website and they worked another deal even though I am above 740. Also the car was not as loaded as other manufactures for the same price. All this and I had to fight to leave for a moment to speak with my wife(to think it over). They were so desperate to make the sale but not to be honest or at least look up what the customer kept repeating about the website. All and all if you want to make a sale you must treat people like a person and not as a cash cow. Also 4 hours to see pricing and offers means you are either being shady or you need new lenders. I cannot decide on this one. The salesman was nice but the Finance system appeared quite shady in my overall opinion. More
