Second was available reasonable financing and rebates. Right now there are good rebates and GM is offering good intetest rates and # of years available with good credit. I am so pleased to say Thomas was my sales agent & has worked hard to find the best truck to fit my needs & my desired color. I just purchased the most awesome pickup from the very best sales agent (Thomas) & Dealership! Thomas worked so hard to find the features I needed/wanted and to made sure it was "the right one". The Sales Mgmt and Financing were also great to make the best deal they could but Most Importantly it was refreshing to work with a dealership that everyone is up front, honest, ethical, and do their best to offer the best service possible. The sales people were good, HOWEVER the service department is awful. There was a wire that was hanging down from my yukon and I had them look at it when it was in for service. They said it was broke and needed to be replaced at 600 dollars. I looked at it and found it was a wire for a censor that had come unplugged. I plugged it back in and it worked fine. Either they were incompetent and didn't know or were trying to get us to pay for somthing that was not needed. I also paid to have a protective coat put on the vehicle. It is now chipping on the front. I had them look at this. They said it was from a hairline crack in the grill and the fix was to replace the grill for 2000 dollars. They didn't say anything about all the other chips in the front and would not stand behind the protective coat they sold me. More

Do hometown car dealerships have your best interest in mind? My daughter recently purchased a vehicle from the Twin Falls Chevrolet dealership and it was taken in to buy all sorts of different products mind? My daughter recently purchased a vehicle from the Twin Falls Chevrolet dealership and it was taken in to buy all sorts of different products. One of these products was a warranty for bumper to bumper on the vehicle. So when she had an issue with her vehicle and took it into the dealership, they ended up charging her $160 for something that they failed to do on the inspection of the vehicle prior to selling it. The rear defrost was not working so obviously, my daughter took the vehicle and thinking there was a problem. Comes to find out that the wire had been disconnected and the Chevrolet dealership charged her $160 to reconnect it. Are these really the type of people that you wanna do business with? Businesses that take a vantage of single mothers that are just trying to make ends meet? I think not! The next time you go into a car dealership you have the right to interview them! Find out if they care about you or just your money! You have rights! You can contact the Idaho dealership, association, and report companies like this when they fail to protect you and your investment! If a dealership like this, try to take it vantage of me, they would certainly not hear the end of it. More

II had purchased a car over the phone and had made arrangements to send a certified check the next day. Two ladies, Amy and Rachel, had helped me with the transaction and the GM, Weston had also been arrangements to send a certified check the next day. The next day I sent the check and shortly after that got a call from the man from the warranty department telling me that they had sold the same car to someone else. His excuse was that he thought that I did not want the car. Why then would I have sent the check? I am very disappointed because this was a car that I really wanted and they are quite rare. I think that it was a situation where the company could save face and cover up their mistake by denying me the car and selling it to a local person so there would be no backlash. More
