During one of the recall services at the original dealership, I was treated with a condescending attitude about a need future service visit. When the next recall came out, I chose to try Twin City Hyundai to perform that recall service. I was treated significantly better w/o attitude. When I needed to perform some much needed repairs to my Tucson, I've come back repeatedly to Twin City Hyundai Service Department due to a better service experience. Should I choose to buy again, I would come here. However, my goal is to cross 200K, 300K, and hopefully 500K on this Tucson. More

Do not use their Service Department. 2015 Veloster went limp, had it towed to Twin City Hyundai. They told me I needed to replace the clutch actuator for $1300. Then after 12 days, calli 2015 Veloster went limp, had it towed to Twin City Hyundai. They told me I needed to replace the clutch actuator for $1300. Then after 12 days, calling almost everyday and going over there expecting it to be ready, they tell me I need a new transmission. They said it will be an additional $5000 but still couldn’t guarantee that it would fix the problem. Towed it to another garage, getting it fixed for half the price including tax and should be done in a couple of days. Bottom line is that they don’t know what they’re doing, have terrible communication skills, exorbitant prices and you can’t trust them. More
I have purchased three vehicles from Twin City Hyundai since 2014 and have purchased all three from Greg Stewart. He is no pressure and very thorough. I also have had my vehicles serviced there and their since 2014 and have purchased all three from Greg Stewart. He is no pressure and very thorough. I also have had my vehicles serviced there and their service department is top notch. Glen Burton was my service advisor and he listens and takes care of any issue that you might have. If you are looking for great sales and service departments, look no further. I highly recommend them because they take care of their customers AND their vehicles. I bought a Sonata in 2014 and upgraded three years later to an Azera. They discontinued making it but it is the best sedan I have owned….period. I purchased the very first Palisade that Twin City got whenever they rolled it off of the truck when the Palisade was introduced in July of 2019. Another GREAT vehicle that is luxurious and comfortable in town or on the road. You can’t go wrong with Twin City and I recommend them because they take care of their customers and their vehicles! First, I would like to point out that the Sales personnel (CJ and Andrea) were courteous and helpful making the purchase pleasant. Unfortunately, the Service does not come up to expectations. It is hard to g (CJ and Andrea) were courteous and helpful making the purchase pleasant. Unfortunately, the Service does not come up to expectations. It is hard to get someone in the Service Department on the telephone (Mike or Scott). If you leave a message. they do not call back. The trim beside the windshield was loose and separating from the top. Took it in to be fixed. About 150 miles later, loose again. Called last week to get the trim replaced and requested that they have the part on hand so that we would not have to drive back AGAIN to have it "fixed". We were advised that is "not our Protocol". Apparently pushing the trim back in place is not going to "fix" the issue. Maybe there is a reason they do not like to return calls (or as in other complaints) answer the telephone. More
I took my 2015 Hyundai up to Twin City Hyundai to get my AC charged. The car had colder air when I took it in than it has now. I have tried all week to get in touch with them and getting this issue taken care if. I bought this car from the showroom floor. All services have been done at this location over 200 dollar service and now you cannot even call me back. Apparently you are not the company I thought you were. More
Will not bring the car back for service. Scheduled an oil change and rotation as part of standard service on two cars today. While the oil change was done on both, neither rotation was done. They relea oil change and rotation as part of standard service on two cars today. While the oil change was done on both, neither rotation was done. They released the cars and after we left with one they offered to do the work. The other car was part of a purchase offer for supplied oil/rotation. Just sloppy follow-through and feedback. Didn't seem to really care they didn't do the work we ordered and were paying for on one of the cars (not in the package). The oil change was $25 so the price was fair but you wait for an hour to get the service you booked and it is not done. There are many options around for oil changes and rotations, was using this deal because of the package on one car and what we thought was a promise to make thing better after a very bad delivery of a car (Purchased 3 cars in 6 months at this dealer). Buying the car was easy. Getting service is a mess. I’ve owned the car a little more than a year. I had the oil changed once and a recall notice once. The first visit I called for two days to make an appoin owned the car a little more than a year. I had the oil changed once and a recall notice once. The first visit I called for two days to make an appointment and finally showed up on a Saturday morning without ever getting thru or a call back. I told the Service person the phone was out and he said, the phone hasn’t rang all morning. No sh*t. He said he couldn’t do my oil change. I walked into the showroom, found the guy I bought my car from and showed him how calling in went nowhere. They blamed it on not taking the phone off of forward when they came in that morning. The service guy wandered in and saw me complaining and suddenly had time to change my oil. Visit 2 today for a recall fix. After making an appointment with an operator who had zero tolerance for me asking a few questions, I arrived today at 12:30. I confirmed it would take about an hour. After driving around Blount county for an hour and 45 mins, we started calling to no avail. We called several more times after leaving a voicemail. We got thru to sales eventually and they confirmed our car was ready. I arrived and asked the service guy about the phones. He said, yeah it hasn’t rang all day. More
