I am from Kentucky, and Twin City Hyundai/Genesis is by far the best and most accommodating Hyundai/Genesis dealership from Tennessee to Kentucky! I have been to all other dealerships within 200 miles of m far the best and most accommodating Hyundai/Genesis dealership from Tennessee to Kentucky! I have been to all other dealerships within 200 miles of my home area and never had a good experience until Twin City. The staff was exceptionally kind and did everything possible to ensure I had the best experience possible. Desiree and Christine were exceptional! I will continue coming to them for all my needs as long as I own my Genesis. More
As out-of-towners with a sudden flat tire, they were able to squeeze us in without an appointment and did a great job replacing our tire and back to our vacation promptly. Thank you to Mike in Service and Deserie at the front desk. We broke down in Louden, TN on the way to northern Florida on Friday, Oct. 25. We frantically searched for the closest Hyundai dealer nearby desk. We broke down in Louden, TN on the way to northern Florida on Friday, Oct. 25. We frantically searched for the closest Hyundai dealer nearby that Saturday morning.. Mike, in service, immediately took our call. Although a busy Saturday, we appreciate him making time to discuss our issue. He thought they could assess the vehicle the end of the following week. Surprising he called earlier in the week with great news of the problem, repair, and all still under warranty. Their communication was timely and excellent. We were frazzled and he was reassuring. They took the time to care about our dire situation and made sure we had everything we needed. We arranged a shipping company to pick up our car and Deserie called to inform us of the pick up. Thank you for going the extra mile. You never know who will need you and we appreciate you and your expert, kind team! More
My car died in Pigeon Forge and AAA towed it here Thursday. Unfortunately for us, they were so busy that I did know what was wrong with the car until Friday. But they found the part, a starter, & got Thursday. Unfortunately for us, they were so busy that I did know what was wrong with the car until Friday. But they found the part, a starter, & got it FedX’d from Texas. By Monday morning, my car was fixed so we could return to FL, where we live. Thankfully my car was under warranty, so I did not pay anything for the starter to be replaced. Everyone was very polite and friendly: from the first phone call with Chris in service to the middle calls via Jennifer who handled those calls to the last call with Mike who called me Monday with the good news. If I relocate to TN to be closer to my friends, THIS will be the Hyundai dealership that I patronize. More
On Monday, October 28, 2024, Mike Jenkins and Chris certainly made our experience with a problem with our Genesis less stressful. Mike suggested we call Genesis pick up service because we were uncertain about driving the car with a shifter problem. The Genesis towing service provided prompt pick up using a flat bed truck. Our car is in the diagnostic phase, and we are certain that the team will diagnose the problem efficiently as well as correctly. Buy and/or service your car somewhere else. Nightmare. My daughters car had an engine recall on it - sat in the lot for 8-10 months before finally getting the new engine (1 year and a half ago) Nightmare. Two weeks ago, the new engine caught on fire with my daughter, baby granddaughter, and daughters boyfriend driving in the car. I have yet to hear back from anyone and have left several messages. I will be finding an attorney next. More
