I paid for two (2) key fobs only received one. I am from Kentucky, and Twin City Hyundai/Genesis is by far the best and most accommodating Hyundai/Genesis dealership from Tennessee to Kentucky! I have been to all other dealerships within 200 miles of m far the best and most accommodating Hyundai/Genesis dealership from Tennessee to Kentucky! I have been to all other dealerships within 200 miles of my home area and never had a good experience until Twin City. Thank you to Mike in Service and Deserie at the front desk. We broke down in Louden, TN on the way to northern Florida on Friday, Oct. 25. We frantically searched for the closest Hyundai dealer nearby desk. We broke down in Louden, TN on the way to northern Florida on Friday, Oct. 25. We frantically searched for the closest Hyundai dealer nearby that Saturday morning.. Mike, in service, immediately took our call. Although a busy Saturday, we appreciate him making time to discuss our issue. He thought they could assess the vehicle the end of the following week. Surprising he called earlier in the week with great news of the problem, repair, and all still under warranty. Their communication was timely and excellent. We were frazzled and he was reassuring. They took the time to care about our dire situation and made sure we had everything we needed. We arranged a shipping company to pick up our car and Deserie called to inform us of the pick up. Thank you for going the extra mile. You never know who will need you and we appreciate you and your expert, kind team! More
