Thank you to Mike in Service and Deserie at the front desk. We broke down in Louden, TN on the way to northern Florida on Friday, Oct. 25. Although a busy Saturday, we appreciate him making time to discuss our issue. He thought they could assess the vehicle the end of the following week. Surprising he called earlier in the week with great news of the problem, repair, and all still under warranty. Their communication was timely and excellent. We were frazzled and he was reassuring. They took the time to care about our dire situation and made sure we had everything we needed. We arranged a shipping company to pick up our car and Deserie called to inform us of the pick up.
