Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to purchase a car. The general manager is extremely rude and dismissive when it comes to having a conversation about trade-ins. After all of the papers were signed and the deal was made we were sent the the financial person who we waited on to do paperwork for over an hour. He then preceded to tell us made up and manipulated information about our financial situation. We were told our loan was disapproved and needed to work stuff out with the bank. After nearly having a heart attack knowing there was no way this could be true we spoke to the same lady he had from the bank and she said none of this was true and we would easily be approved. Not even gone 10 minutes from the car lot and they call and tell us they have sold the car. These people were very manipulative and I caution anyone looking to buy a car from them. More
Will not bring the car back for service. Scheduled an oil change and rotation as part of standard service on two cars today. While the oil change was done on both, neither rotation was done. They released the cars and after we left with one they offered to do the work. The other car was part of a purchase offer for supplied oil/rotation. Just sloppy follow-through and feedback. Didn't seem to really care they didn't do the work we ordered and were paying for on one of the cars (not in the package). The oil change was $25 so the price was fair but you wait for an hour to get the service you booked and it is not done. There are many options around for oil changes and rotations, was using this deal because of the package on one car and what we thought was a promise to make thing better after a very bad delivery of a car (Purchased 3 cars in 6 months at this dealer). Buying the car was easy. Getting service is a mess. I’ve owned the car a little more than a year. I had the oil changed once and a recall notice once. The first visit I called for two days to make an appointment and finally showed up on a Saturday morning without ever getting thru or a call back. I told the Service person the phone was out and he said, the phone hasn’t rang all morning. No sh*t. He said he couldn’t do my oil change. I walked into the showroom, found the guy I bought my car from and showed him how calling in went nowhere. They blamed it on not taking the phone off of forward when they came in that morning. The service guy wandered in and saw me complaining and suddenly had time to change my oil. Visit 2 today for a recall fix. After making an appointment with an operator who had zero tolerance for me asking a few questions, I arrived today at 12:30. I confirmed it would take about an hour. After driving around Blount county for an hour and 45 mins, we started calling to no avail. We called several more times after leaving a voicemail. We got thru to sales eventually and they confirmed our car was ready. I arrived and asked the service guy about the phones. He said, yeah it hasn’t rang all day. More

I have purchased many new vehicles during my life and have got to say that the purchase of my 2019 Hyundai Kona at Twin City Hyundai has been the most I have purchased many new vehicles during my life and have got to say that the purchase of my 2019 Hyundai Kona at Twin City Hyundai has been the most pleasant that I can recall. Very friendly and helpful sales staff including the Salesman, Internet Sales Manager, Sales Manager and Service department staff. A very knowledgeable team that helped me make my purchasing decision without any of the high pressure sales tactics often encountered at other dealerships. I got the vehicle I wanted at what I believe was a fair price and do not hesitate to recommend Twin City Hyundai to anyone for their next vehicle purchase! More

SALES WAS GOOD! But Their service and GM are not what I expect from a new car dealership! I traded my Hyundai Santa Fe for a Honda Pilot and my wife’s 2016 Sonata Hybrid will be serviced at Grayson Hyundai in Knoxville from now on. More
Very poor attitudes My wife and I have purchased 4 new Sonatas and 1 used (2013) Sana Fe in the last 6 years from Twin City Hyundai. Will not buy another from them period My wife and I have purchased 4 new Sonatas and 1 used (2013) Sana Fe in the last 6 years from Twin City Hyundai. Will not buy another from them period. My 2013 Santa Fe, whic I paid $1700 for extended warranty, keeps blowing right side low beam head lamps. I have spent out of pocket in excess of $100 for replacements. I asked them today to replace it at no charge and was told they would supply labor (2 minutes) but I would have to purchase the bulb from them. I again explained that this is an issue with the vehicle that should be covered under warranty and if they could not fix it that I may need to ake my business elsewhere, at which point, Eddie Nasser (GM) told me to take my business elsewhere. Wow! How can a place stay in business with a GM like this I will probably leave the Hyundai brand and go to Honda because of this. But I definitely will not be back to Twin City Hyundai for service or to purchase any more vehicles. So much for customer loyalty! More
