I was in the market for another vehicle after my previous car was totaled and saw a listing for a 2010 Buick Lucerne CX; when I visited Twin City Hyundai after a quick phone call, I was greeted by a very fri car was totaled and saw a listing for a 2010 Buick Lucerne CX; when I visited Twin City Hyundai after a quick phone call, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful sales associate named Andy and instantly felt welcome. Andy was very thorough and helpful with all my questions and was a great passenger on the test drive for this vehicle--he also was extremely patient and allowed me to conduct a thorough personal inspection of the car, including running an OBDII scan with my own equipment. The vehicle itself was in great condition (just had it verified with an independent mechanic); the brakes and oil change was done within 2 months by the dealership, and the tires were in excellent condition! The car also operated great on a test drive, and so far it's been a pleasure on my usual commutes. The whole process to purchase was also super easy and Andy provided a thorough breakdown of dealership charges (including the taxes and registration); the finance department also made paying for the vehicle in cash with a check only too easy and provided the sale documents without prompt. Even better, Andy filled the gas tank before handing off the keys! I couldn't be more pleased with the service and attention to detail from everyone at Twin City Hyundai, but major shout-out to Andy. I would consider recommending them for any car purchase, but especially their used car inventory--they seem to be very thorough and attentive to quality! More

I recently purchased a new Tucson from them The saleman, Austin, was great to work with. Apparently though they are ignoring the new TN advertising rule change that came out in 2022. The are supposed to be totally transparent on the price of an advertised vehicle including dealer add-ons and dealer doc fees. They are not. Besides the MSRP sticker on the vehicle I was interested in there was a dealer add-on sticker for nitrogen filled tires, some type of coating, and a pin strip. No where on their advertised internet price is this listed, or the dealer doc fee. Way down on the internet page is "All listed prices are plus taxes, fees, and dealer installed options." but no prices listed as required by the new law. I refused to pay for the dealer add-ons, and they did not charge me for them. I gave them 3 stars for not adhereing to the new law, and I also caught them trying to charge me an extra $200. on the final total. They said it was a software glitch. LOL I did purchase the car from them but watch out for those dealer add-ons and the softwars glitches.
