We we’re there for 3 hours for a oil change and replace the bulbs in my fog lights When I made my appointment I said I needed my fog light bulbs changed They only had one bulb and had to go fast tract t the bulbs in my fog lights When I made my appointment I said I needed my fog light bulbs changed They only had one bulb and had to go fast tract the other one I would have thought they would have made sure before my appointment that they had the parts I have been bringing my jeep in for 9 years and this was the worst service experience I have ever had The only good thing about the whole experience is that they didn’t charge us for the service If it wasn’t for the warranty I probably would never come back for any service More

I had my son's Charger in for a recall. The work was done in a timely manner but when we picked the car up the headliner had multiple black scuff marks. I called the service department back and the advisor was rude and forwarded my call to the manager. The call went to voicemail. I left a detailed message and I still have not received a call back. I am very disappointed in the poor service and lack of professionalism. More

I would NEVER BUY from this dealership again. I bought a used Sienna from Twins Chrysler Jeep Ram in October 2023 and was told they had to install new tires on the vehicle. In December 202 I bought a used Sienna from Twins Chrysler Jeep Ram in October 2023 and was told they had to install new tires on the vehicle. In December 2023 (4000 miles later) I had to complete a long-distance drive. I started noticing a slight shimmy. By the time I started my return journey, it felt like the vehicle was going to shake off the road. I called a firestone from the road thinking I needed an alignment. It turns out the radial belt on the front driver side had failed: I ended up buying two new tires on the spot As I researched how to file a warranty claim, I discovered the model of tire on the car had been discontinued several years before, and the dealership had actually installed used tires on the vehicle. Obviously, no warranty covered the tires. Since I did not know the history of the remaining two tires, I ended up having to replace them as well. Final replacement bill was over $500 (I was lucky as the tire warranty representative felt sorry for me and replaced one of the tires free of charge). - When I bought the van, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was dirt in the back seat, along with some loose change. The inside was dingy and my detailing guy had to steam clean the interior twice to get it to an acceptable standard - The fuel gauge was on empty: the salesman had to ask permission to add enough fuel for me to feel comfortable driving to a gas station. If this is how they treat all their customers, I am surprised they are still in business. I wouldn’t give this dealership one star More
High pressure sales, a bad deal, and no interest in customer satisfaction. The used car I bought may have a fairly major issue and the dealership has basically dismissed me. This dealership would not even look at my brand new Jeep Wrangler. I’ve had it for 3 days and found a broken part on the soft top. They said because I didn’t buy from them they couldn’t help me. Do not buy from this dealership. They owed us a check from our deal. Our salesman (Greyson) replied with many texts saying that the check had been sent for 2 weeks. My wife finally called the dealership and they said the check and registration papers had been sent by USPS the day before that call. 3 days later the check arrived by overnight UPS and we still are waiting on the registration paperwork. So clearly that was more lies about it being sent. This dealership obviously has some major communication problems between its employees and its customers. They also have salesmen that lie to their customers and it makes us wonder what else we were lied to about or they are covering up in their deals. Very shady place and my advice is to shop elsewhere!
