I paid for rental car for 2 days when I brought my truck in for a warranty issue that I was supposed to get my vehicle back the same day. This was because repair took a little longer then expected. However, they would not release my truck back to me until they got payment from warranty company. Which is also somewhat understandable. This was pre-approved warranty work. The service center didn't submit the paperwork to the warranty company correctly and didn't call to check on it either. They also didn't call me to update me on situation. This cost me on a rental I should have never had to purchase. I only got them to check on warranty payment when I physically went back to store out of frustration. They didn't offer to pay for rental and I was left paying for their mistakes. VERY DISAPPOINTED More
