The salesman was great up to the point of sale; however, it was very clear once the sale was completed the salesman was on to the next one. Didn't even take the time to set up the additional enhancements t it was very clear once the sale was completed the salesman was on to the next one. Didn't even take the time to set up the additional enhancements that were part of the deal. I had to text him later. Also, once the warranty was declined the demeanor of the finance director quickly shifted to irritation and short cold replies / directions. Clearly once the sale is done they are also done with you. Doesn't help with referrals or repeat business. More
