Tom is a really nice guy and spent lots of time explaining the vehicle and answering questions. I came in knowing exactly what we were looking for and he helped us through the process smoothly and explaining the vehicle and answering questions. I came in knowing exactly what we were looking for and he helped us through the process smoothly and got us into our new-to-us vehicle. My timing that day made him rush through his lunch and, due to my husband's work schedule, by the time we got through the financing details, it was past his clock-out time. He was a great sport and has offered to help if we have any issues in the future! I'd definitely ask for Tom when visiting Twin City. More
