Originally brought my ‘14 Durango in for a recall. I asked the service tech to have a salesman look into what my vehicle might look like as far as trade in value. I had no intention of making any deals with a dealership at all. DJ reached out to me and he was an amazing consultant, I say that because he went above and beyond what a salesman normally does. Even down to researching all options financially for my situation. Before I knew it I was trading in not only my Durango but my daughter’s Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. He found me an amazing deal on a brand new truck and did extensive research for my daughter and her specific car that she needed. I am blown away by how willing he was to work with our busy schedule. And even bigger how much of an effort he made AFTER the sales, to make sure we were all setup and completely satisfied. I will recommend DJ with absolute confidence he will knock it out of the park. Appalling in every conceivable way! I have been calling for almost an hour and no one will answer the phone. They damaged my car on my first service visit, refused to take responsibility, and made me pay for almost an hour and no one will answer the phone. They damaged my car on my first service visit, refused to take responsibility, and made me pay almost $300 for the pleasure. EVERY SINGLE repair they have done since has failed! I was only going here for warranty coverage but I've reached the end of my patience. I'll pull my car by hand somewhere else before I go back to Twin City!!! More

This place is a joke...take your car ANYWHERE else! They fix things that don’t need to be replaced, charging you for unnecessary work; then you find out the original issue remains - plus something else.
