We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and computer update. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and 45 minutes. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour. The technicians are good, but the labor charges are ridiculous. 1500$ for 3-5 hours of work? Absolutely insane. sales was good . salesman and others had to step in and resolve a service problem. i have bought several new cars in my lifetime this place has the worse ran service salesman and others had to step in and resolve a service problem. i have bought several new cars in my lifetime this place has the worse ran service dept i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. apparently chrysler no longer allows dealerships to provide loaner cars. luckly for me i also have bought from toyota and they loaned me a vehicle to drive while my dodge was getting serviced.
