Service is slow. Came in to have tire’s replaced on scheduled day. They didn’t have tires so had to come back next day. The technicians are good, but the labor charges are ridiculous. 1500$ for 3-5 hours of work? Absolutely insane. sales was good . salesman and others had to step in and resolve a service problem. i have bought several new cars in my lifetime this place has the worse ran service salesman and others had to step in and resolve a service problem. i have bought several new cars in my lifetime this place has the worse ran service dept i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. apparently chrysler no longer allows dealerships to provide loaner cars. luckly for me i also have bought from toyota and they loaned me a vehicle to drive while my dodge was getting serviced.
