I am NOT a dealership customer by any means! We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and computer update. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and 45 minutes. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour. When we asked what was ta computer update. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and 45 minutes. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour.
