Your prices on oil change has has gone up almost 30 to 40% over the last three years. It’s almost impossible to afford anymore. Marc was very nice when I spoke to him but he did not explain how long it would take for my repair of a seat cover and steering stabilizer. I called on the next day and asked about it and was told it was explain how long it would take for my repair of a seat cover and steering stabilizer. I called on the next day and asked about it and was told it wasn’t in the shop yet even though my appt was 945 on a Friday. He never gave me an update on when it would be done. I would never recommend this service center to anyone and would rather drive to Kokomo to have repair done. More

Dealership charged us over the maximum price for a part that we needed. Was disrespected when the person asked how MANY credit cards we’d be paying with, the person then failed to inform us beforehand that that we needed. Was disrespected when the person asked how MANY credit cards we’d be paying with, the person then failed to inform us beforehand that there would be an upcharge if paying with a credit card…until we were getting ready to run the card. I will not be bringing my car back here in the future. Overpriced and completely awful customer service with people who lack common respect. More
