I live one hour away from Twin City in Lafayette. I chose this service department over my local dealership because I had prior business with them and it was good. Since I live so far away I dropped m I chose this service department over my local dealership because I had prior business with them and it was good. Since I live so far away I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday evening and put my key in the drop box. I receive a call from a lady with Twin City on Monday asking if I could set my appointment for the following week instead of the week it’s scheduled due to a shortage of technicians. I advised her that my car was already there and I live a hour away and I’m not coming to get it so it can set there until they finish it. The lady said ok she would get with service and get something figured out and try to have it done by Friday. I called on Wednesday for an update and the technician wasn’t at work that day and was told he would be back Thursday. I called Thursday and the technician assigned to my vehicle wasn’t there because of a family medical issue which is understandable. I get a call from a guy on Friday and he said they Fixed the recall and Put new battery in key fob and said there are no issues with it not being detected anymore and the battery was just low. I started to explain and kind of argue that I already put new batteries in all 4 of my key fobs prior but instead the person I talked to on the phone said just keep an eye on it and if it does it again then bring it in. So we pick up our vehicle and the same day it does it again. Saying key fob not detected. What I believe happened is the technician was out all week and then tried to come back on Friday and get it all done to stick to the schedule of when they said they would try to have it finished. Fact of the matter is I wouldn’t have cared if they kept my vehicle an extra week if you would’ve not rushed the job, taking me for a fool, and completed properly diagnosing the key fob problem. That service is the same that I can get at a dealership that’s half the time away from me!! More

Greg Henson is a great salesman but the service department could be better. When a service is scheduled and then ignored, it makes for unhappy customers. department could be better. When a service is scheduled and then ignored, it makes for unhappy customers. More
