I'm not sure where all of the 4 and 5 star ratings are coming from, but I would recommend for you to read the 1 star ratings, like mine. I was here with my girlfriend shopping for Jeeps and decided to come here because of the close proximity and their inventory. I don't recognize any of the sales people in the 4 and 5 star reviews, but we worked with 2 sales people and the sales manager, who were both terrible. Not only did the NOT know the vehicles and the features, during the test drive, they didn't bother explaining any of the features, probably because they didn't know them and left it to us to figure it out and figure what features were actually on the vehicle. While looking at different models of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, the sales person consistently listed off features that were not on the vehicle, and we were left to double check if what he was saying was in fact true. They were extremely condescending towards us and extremely rude, at times insulting us, standing up threateningly as well as banging their fist on their desk in an aggressive manner. Their "negotiating" as I walked over once when I heard the fist banging was them standing around NOT negotiating and just chatting amongst themselves to give the illusion that they were actually doing something. I e-mailed the General Manager twice over the course of 3 weeks after our experience to give him the opportunity to hear about our experience and possibly apologize or rectify the issues we had, but have not heard anything back. I even held off on posting any of our poor experiences online, but since I have not heard back in a few weeks after reaching out, here I am beginning my posting. It shouldn't surprise me that I haven't heard back as the employees are generally a reflection of the leadership of the store. They are lucky that Jeep has a solid brand and following, which is probably the only reason they have any sales, but if you want to do yourself a favor, read through the 1 star reviews, you'll see that most of them say the same thing and have the same poor experience. I'm guessing the 4 and 5 star reviews are all people who either are friends with people who work there, actually work there or just went in and knew exactly what they wanted and left with minimal negotiating. Avoid this dealership like the plague. They have no accountability and extremely poor customer service. More

Awful and Incredibly Rude and Unprofessional Salesmen I had the worst experience at this dealership. The salesmen (Ali) don't know their car models or the specs/features associated with each vehicle, prov I had the worst experience at this dealership. The salesmen (Ali) don't know their car models or the specs/features associated with each vehicle, providing faulty information and confusing the customer. My friend who helped me shop ended up walking me through each vehicle's specs instead and showing me the different features during the test drive while the salesman just sat in the backseat enjoying the test drive. We ended up having to leave the dealership for another appointment and promised to return after the appointment and were yelled at by the salesman (Ali), forcing us to strike a deal with him so to not "waste his time." He became aggressive and irate telling us we couldn't leave even though we said we would come back after the appointment. We ended up discussing preliminary numbers with the very aggressive and rude sales manager (Saed) and as we were negotiating, he ended up yelling at us for wanting to lower the sales price after only speaking with him for 30 seconds. Completely belligerent behavior out of the blue. If he doesn't know how to professionally negotiate then he should not be a sales manager. I don't know whether this is how Persian people conduct business but majority of the salesmen were Persian and the two I worked with behaved this belligerently and unprofessionally. If it weren't for the very specific car that I was looking for, I would have walked out of this dealership and never come back. The most awful, rude, unprofessional salesmen I have EVER dealt with at a dealership. I almost regret giving them my business, if only I could find that car model elsewhere. More

Eric and the crew were friendly, polite, helpful and efficient as always, resulting in a relatively quick and "painless" visit to my Jeep's "doctor's appointment". The vehicle serviced was my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited - Jeeps are not included on your selections below - this dealership sells Chryslers, Dodges, Rams and Jeeps - you only offer two options, excluding Jeeps. YOU (Dealer Rater) NEED TO ADD JEEP TO YOUR SELECTION OPTIONS. I used RAM to be able to submit my review. We have a Ram in our household, but that was not serviced during this visit. More
