Most recent - I called Moe, longtime service advisor at Tustin Jeep, to schedule service and get the airbag recall performed on my 2013 10th Anniversary Rubicon. I ordered this Jeep new and its a Limited Edition. I explained to Moe, I was concerned about the airbag recall procedure, because I’ve read horror stories about other dealers taking the dash apart to replace the airbag — and upon installation, the dash wasn’t the same as the factory installed it. Moe put my fears to rest and said “not to worry - we do these all the time.” My Jeep needed other service work done so we scheduled enough time for all the work involved. I picked it up last week and wanted to provide feedback that Moe and the Techs that worked on my Jeep did an outstanding job!! All the interactions I had with the service department and the work performed was spot on perfect.
