Customer Service..??? I brought my 2015 Explorer for oil change, other service and recall. I asked my Service Rep for a military discount and he said he will tell the cashi I brought my 2015 Explorer for oil change, other service and recall. I asked my Service Rep for a military discount and he said he will tell the cashier. The service was done except for the recall- no parts available. I went to the cashier which don’t even acknowledge my present because he was busy. By the time he had time for me I asked and reminded him if he gave me my discount because the bill was different from what my rep told me. He told me “yes”. I alerted my rep and he went back to talk to the cashier and the bill was not change. To me the cashier seemed like he doesn’t have time for me because he doesn’t even look at me while processing my bill and he was busy doing other paper works. My bill was not rectified and not even a thank you was given by the cashier. CUSTOMER SERVICE????? More

Incomplete Work Never seem to finish the job in the service bay. Air filter not changed, washer fluid not topped off (dashboard warning light was on), bugs not vacuu Never seem to finish the job in the service bay. Air filter not changed, washer fluid not topped off (dashboard warning light was on), bugs not vacuumed off parcel shelf when detailed. There's always something left undone. It seems the techs in the service area are cutting corners and nobody double checks. I have no idea what other stuff went undone as you can't watch your car being serviced. Did they ever bother to change the oil or filter. I mark the tires to make sure they are rotated. Probably not going back. More
Good customer service, poor repair service. Dealer handles Auto Club collision claims. Took F250 truck in for slight bumper damage (bumper replacement). Customer Service (Dave Reuter) was beyond excellent. Very cordial, thorough, good follow up. Great first impression at dealership. When truck was brought up for pickup at completion of repair, my initial inspection revealed a part was missing from the bumper assembly (bumper hitch plug). Dave combed the paint shop and repair area came up empty handed. Technician remembered leaving the plug in the truck but not sure where. Searched truck and there it was, in the backseat area. Problem solved. Drove home and upon further inspection noticed that the bumper wiring harness was coiled up inside the spare tire and had not been re-connected at time of repair. It was after business hours so rather than inconvenience myself for a simple reconnection, I re-installed myself. The next day, after standing a distance behind my truck, I noticed that the bumper alignment was off 1/2". Very noticeable taper visually as it is supposed to follow the straight contour of the bottom of the tailgate. At this point, major disappointment in the overall quality of the service work kicked in. If they can't get a simple bumper installation correctly one could only imagine what sort of work they would do on a more complicated repair. Once again, rather than go through the process of driving back to the dealer, getting into their queue, possibly renegotiating another rental car through insurance agent, etc.. I decided to fix it myself (I'm not a mechanic but a simple straight forward alignment adjustment) and post a review forewarning others about the quality of that particular service center. More
