Getting a hold of the service advisor was next to impossible, I will call and leave messages because he was “always with a customer”., I have never had search for service communication from any dealer I’ve ever worn either for my personal car or for my company car. Getting a hold of the service advisor was next to impossible, I will call and leave messages because he was “always with a customer“, wait several days and no response. In fact our fleet company couldn’t even get a hold of the service advisor easily. The dealer had my car for two weeks and during those two weeks I may have had three conversations with the service advisor. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and in fact I would rather pay to have my car towed further just so I would not have to deal with the lack of service experienced from my service advisor, service manager, dealer. If it were possible to leave negative star ratings I would. More
