Paul is Amazing I had some trouble with the AC blower in my Fusion. Paul told me ahead of time it would take a few days to fix, so he set me up with a Truck Rental t I had some trouble with the AC blower in my Fusion. Paul told me ahead of time it would take a few days to fix, so he set me up with a Truck Rental to take care of some weekend projects. I had them take care of an alignment issue and a modem replacement (service bulletin) while they had it. He even gave me a discount on the alignment to bring it in line with what I paid the previous week at the Honda dealership. More

The Sales Manager Emiliano made the process quick and painless and the James, the Finance Manager made sure to explain all my options and still get me out the door to make my next appointment on time. While I was in the store, I had already received a call from Johnson King the GM thanking me for my purchase and then he walked over and introduced himself when he found out I was still at the dealership. Great experience, and wow my new 2018 MKZ rides like a dream. More
