Worst consumer nightmare of my life! is Tuttle-Cick Irvine. Over 2 months my vehicle was stuck there. Just got it out yesterday 9/30/2019 and taking it to another Jeep dealer to repair all the damage and finis Over 2 months my vehicle was stuck there. There are no words to describe the incompetence and lack of care. People please!...check Yelp's almost 3 long pages of 1 star reviews and complaints!...Check out the long list of unanswered complaints with the BBB, Better Business Bureau. Do your due diligence. Please do not make the mistake my family and I made by going here. There is so much information online about this outfit. Do your research! Don't be a victim! Full disclosure, fault in this situation is probably allocatable to both myself AND the dealer because I failed to completely understand some aspects of the deal, but crucial information about payoff was also miscommunicated by the dealer/leasing company. Despite this, Amad kept his cool and was nothing but professional and patient during our conversation about this. Amad promised to refund me $250 after the deal was completed and kept good on his promise. Frustrated that it happened (again, probably both our faults) but they handled it in good faith and with class. Major lessons learned: DON'T LET OTHER PEOPLE PUSH YOU TO SIGN DOCUMENTS WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION, and also DON'T DO A LEASE DEAL WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT EXACTLY IS BEING USED TO REDUCE YOUR PAYOFF. More

Awful Communication, poor customer service. If you are shopping online for a car DO NOT bother with them. I inquired about a car over a week ago and they responded once and once I told them I wanted to see a carfax and actual pictures of the vehicle they stopped responding. If you wanna do research and be a smart shopper then they have no time for you. There must have been something wrong with it which they should have told me from the beginning. Emma asked if I was helped adequately by Flavio and I told her no I wasn’t. No response. I sent them about 6-7 emails all together with no responses. They don’t care about their online customers. Why sell to a smart shopper who did their homework and will more likely get a better price when you can sell to a less educated shopper who’s gonna pay more. I will never recommend them or their lousy customer service to anyone. More
