Since was late, I decided to do almost everything since I need it my car now. I came up with with couple of discounts, I looked up for them, I thought the service was their to help you? I didn't feel like they were helping me but trying to get my money.I have been a Ford customer for 20 years, they could not give me decent discount. At the end I paid $854 since I decided not to do everything. I was disappointed. Service means service not sales. More
