This is the worst service department I have ever been to. I checked my car in with Kirby. A week later still no word. What a total rip-off. These idiots must have thought I was born yesterday. I'm 56 and know that is a ripoff price. I called Chris Brown at Sunwrench Motor Werks in Mission Viejo. He not only replaced my motor he did the transmission service. Cleaned brake rotors and adjusted brakes, fixed ac issues added an aftermarket exhaust system for $7000.00. call them 949-364-5420 for honest guaranteed work. Tell them Charles sent you. More
I was turned away from the service department when the very angry service agent told me he was to BUSY to deal with my issue. Had to do to another Dealership for my new Mach-E because they were to busy a very angry service agent told me he was to BUSY to deal with my issue. Had to do to another Dealership for my new Mach-E because they were to busy and they have no way to deal with more than 2 customers at a time. The wait to make an appointment was 2 weeks. No interest in making sure that a Ford customer was taken care of. Do not go to this Dealership, they have terrible service and you will regret giving them your money. Oh did I mention the 4 angry service agents that all act like they are way to busy to look up from their computer terminals to help you. Yeah, It started like that and went down hill from there. More
Last Wednesday night I needed to replace a light bulb in the left rear turn signal. I discovered you were open until 7:30 PM and drove immediately to service in San Juan. Dorothy, your service agent not only got the necessary bulb for a cost of $3.93 but also replaced the burned out bulb in my suv.. I truly appreciate the extra mile she went and hope some recognition is given to this extraordinary women. More

Dealer was very condescending when I attempted to negotiate the sale price on a vehicle. They decided to lose my business over $250.00 that I asked offed the sale price they offered me, only after q negotiate the sale price on a vehicle. They are trying to recoup money lost, because the first time they attempted to sell this vehicle, the person failed to pay the down payment but the car was already titled to him, so they now have to sell it used. They want someone to pay for their mistake. I wouldn't suggest someone do business with shady folks like this. More

If you ever stop by this dealership to loom at new or used cars I would highly recommend seeing Chuck. He's awesome! He went above and beyond to locate and pick up the car I wanted which was at the si used cars I would highly recommend seeing Chuck. He's awesome! He will also make you feel appreciated and gives honest feedback on the vehicle you are interested in. A month after my transaction the dealership called and asked if i coukd come in and sign a new contract. I saw Chuck and he said he was going to fill my gas tank up for the inconvenience of having to drive there. Great guy and awesome customer service! More
