I recently moved to the area and my car was in desperate need for maintenance. I chose to visit Tustin Mazda, for the first time and was warmly greeted by Elle. Upon scheduling with her over the weekend, I need for maintenance. I chose to visit Tustin Mazda, for the first time and was warmly greeted by Elle. Upon scheduling with her over the weekend, I returned a few days later to the same warm welcome. She was communicative, transparent, and resourceful in speaking to me about my vehicle maintenance needs and my expectations for the next visit in terms of service. Thank you Elle for assisting me and taking care of my companion(Mazda 3). More

My experiences at Tustin Mazda have been positive. Josh, in the service dept., is pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The mechanics working on my CX-5 seem diligent and well qualified. Due to the higher prices, compared to my local mechanic’s fees, and the distance from my home, I might be unable to continue having my vehicle serviced at Tustin Mazda for the long term.
