This kind of service can't be faked, it can only be delivered by people who are happy and well-compensated, and who obviously enjoy what they do. I have been taking my Mazda Rx8 here since it was purchased new in 2005. The staff is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable in my experience. I went to this dealership because I lost my keys about a week prior to 11/6/2009. I inquired about a new key and came to find that a new one would cost close to $300! I'm freaking out because I had no money week prior to 11/6/2009. I inquired about a new key and came to find that a new one would cost close to $300! I'm freaking out because I had no money for this and no means of getting it anywhere else. I talked to Jeff, one of the sales managers and told him my complicated situation. Not only did he completely understand and gave me a new key, but also the remote, programmed it for me, provided lunch, and washed my vehicle when everything was done! Every one was soooooo cool. Louis in Parts, Ruben in Service, Brandon in fleet sales, and of course Jeff the sales manager. I hope you guys realize that my car would have sat in that spot for at least a month if your team wasn't so kind. I can't thank you enough!
