At first. I was a bit put off by the service department. Showed up for my appointment. Nothing big, but the greeter just seemed mildly (probably unintentional I was a bit put off by the service department. Showed up for my appointment. Nothing big, but the greeter just seemed mildly (probably unintentionally) condescending and the service manager abrupt and took an unusual amount of time to enter the info. A sign in the office advertised No Car Washes. No shuttle back to work... Hmmm....maybe try a different Mazda service facility next time.,... Then everything changed, they had a nice espresso machine for coffee, then they provided a free Lyft. Car was done in 2 hours, I got there and there was no charge! Then, they give you a coupon to the nearby car wash for a free wash! More

Stay away from the dealership a few miles north on the 5 freeway from them. They are the opposite experience from the Patterson group. More

I came in to the Tustin Mazda Dealership just to look at one of the cars I saw online. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Victor and he was able to assist me immediately without any of the fluff.
