My visit at Tustin Mazda was the best I could've gotten from a dealership. Victor was extremely honest with the whole process and always had me feel welcomed in being at their store. For a sales man I bel from a dealership. Victor was extremely honest with the whole process and always had me feel welcomed in being at their store. For a sales man I believe first impressions are extremely important and my first encounter with Victor was so easy going and welcoming this got me hooked in wanting to buy my car from Tustin Mazda. Coming from a different store, who were doing shady deals, I left that store feeling pretty worked up, but the moment I came to Tustin, Victor was able to turn that around instantly and I had no reason to not be interested in purchasing from Tustin when they were being honest and really seemed to care for what the customer was hoping for. The process didn't take long and I was in and out within 2 hours. This is how you make long term gains Tustin, I appreciate your business and thank you for my wonderful new car I can drive with a peace of mind. More
